Instructions to the authors

We intend to publish the proceedings of the conference during winter. The book and each contribution will be identified by a DOI number.

The deadline for sending the manuscripts is: October 15th, 2024

The speakers have to use the following 2 files to prepare the written version of their talk under Latex: vietnam.tex (containing the publisher's instruction), and vietnam.cls (the style file). They can be downloaded as a tar file. The result can be visualised on vietnam.pdf.

The speakers should send all files (.tex, figures and .pdf) possibly as a .tar.gz file - compressed tar - to Jacques Dumarchez.

Page limit and specific instructions:
Every speaker will receive a mail setting the page limit for the written version of his/her talk.

Typically:

•   4 pages for a 15 minutes talk
•   8 pages for a 25 minutes talk
• 12 pages for a 35 minutes talk
• 16 pages for a 50 minutes talk
