Instructions to the authors
We intend to publish the proceedings of the conference before summer.
The book and each contribution will be identified by a
DOI number.
The deadline for sending the manuscripts is:
April 15th, 2023
The speakers have to use the following 2 files to prepare
the written version of their talk under Latex:
v23tmex.tex
(containing the publisher's instruction), and
v23tmex.cls
(the style file).
They can be downloaded as a
tar file.
The result can be visualised on
v23tmex.pdf.
The speakers should send all files (.tex, figures and .pdf) possibly as a .tar.gz file - compressed tar - to
Jacques Dumarchez.
Page limit and specific instructions:
Every speaker will receive a mail setting the page
limit for the written version of his/her talk.
Typically:
- 8 pages for a 25 minutes talk
- 12 pages for a 30 minutes talk
