14: 00 Dragon's Jaw Mountain, orchids, Cultural villages of minorities in Sapa, Cat Cat village of the H'mong.
Aug. 14: Exploration of the mountainous region around Sapa, with its ethnic minorities, archeological curiosities and natural beauty.
Aug. 15
Bac Ha market, 80 km from Sapa. Close to the Chinese frontier, Bac Ho hosts avery Sunday the most important trading fair in the region where you can buy virtually anything, from horses to houshold furnishings. This type of fair, a vital element in the life of the tribes living in the area, has virtually disappeared from Europe.
Aug. 16

Transfer to the Lao Cai train station (for night train to Hanoi)
Aug. 17
Arrival at Hanoi at 5 am; transfer by coach to the hotel; breakfast and end of tour.
